Self care doesn’t have to be big and bodacious. It should be the glue that holds the day together. Self care is opening a window and letting the sun kiss your face. It’s enjoying the steam rising from your cup of tea. The following is a non-exhaustive list of self care,

Take a bath/shower

Look for a new positive affirmation and put it on the bathroom mirror.

Text or better yet, call. Women regulate better hearing the voice of other women.
